Supporting NDIS Participants with Assistive Technology

A smart wearable that looks like normal watch, with that can
encourage safety and independence when living with a disability.

How can I make an order through NDIS?

To   process an order for an SOS Watch through your NDIS budget please ensure that   it supports your NDIS goals. There are a few different ways to make claims which   are dependent on how your NDIS funding is managed.
NDIS/Agency Managed
Firstly, we'll check to see if you have available funding in your Capital Supports Budget (Assistive Technology) before processing an order through the NDIS portal.
Plan Managed
We can issue an invoice directly to your plan manager, who should make contact with you to confirm the order.
Self-Managed
We'll send you an invoice directly, which once paid, can be claimed directly back from NDIS.

How does design impact the use of Assistive Technology?

For someone living with a disability, Assistive Technology can sometimes bridge the gap to living a more independent lifestyle. Participants Australia-wide depend on   having an SOS Watch to feel safe and secure while at home and out in the   community.

One of the barriers preventing Assistive Technology from being used is the surrounding stigma. SOS Watch aims to bypass this stigma by providing a discreet design that fits in as an everyday wearable, while also providing the necessary safety  features for use in an emergency.

We also encourage everyday use through  features such as time, weather, health data, and step count. With one less  obstacle in the way, participants are able to safely and comfortably regain or improve their  independence goal.
Please leave your contact details and enquiry and one of our team will get back to you soon!
